Paul, reconciliation, and authenticity

In the end of chapter 5 and the beginning of chapter 6 in 2 Corinthians, Paul is all about trying to lay out the reality of how God reaches out to us through Jesus Christ. This is one of the most important theological points in 2 Corinthians, and understanding reconciliation is incredibly important in shaping our Christian life. Paul takes that idea as well, explaining how God has used him in ways that are unexpected, but real, in terms of his experience as an ambassador of the Gospel.

On Eternity and Love...

The last two Sundays, we've been journeying through 2 Corinthians chapter 5. The sermon from February 3rd is about the resurrection body and the hope and courage we should have here because of that. The sermon from the 10th deals with Paul's defense of his ministry, and the mark of a true ministry, which is love, not sensationalism.
